We understands that renovating your home or build a new one is a daunting process. It’s not something you do all the time. Using an experience Designer and Project Manager is the key to your renovation or building success.

We play a dual role for our clients. We design or redesign spaces inside homes to make them more functional and in line with your needs. We then combine this with the aesthetics required to create the environment that is unique to you and your family.

We provide Design only and Design and Project Management solutions for:

• Kitchens/Living Spaces – The one room where we spend the most of our time. So it needs to be designed not just decorated.
• Bathrooms/Personal Spaces – We now need a space to relax and revive. Master Bathroom design now Incorporates sleeping, bathing and dressing.
• Other Living Spaces – This includes media rooms, studies, and laundries.
• Outdoor Living – Kitchens, wet bars and lounging.

It all starts with great Design

The design phase of your project involves understanding your objectives for the space (investment, usage, adjoining spaces and the overall look and feel) then working together to create a road map (design) that helps you meet this objectives while taking advantage of current
innovations, technologies and materials.

Once the space planning is complete we then move to the finer details to ensure that the cabinets required for your new space perform the functions and tasks required to make the new design a success. During this part of the process, we will discuss with you appliance and fitting
selections and provide recommendations on this items so they will enhance the design

Implementation and Project Management

This part of the process is where the 25 years of Kim’s experience is the most valuable. Transitioning from Designer to Project Manager is
something few designers can do successfully. We will arrange for your project to be fully costed, including all ancillary trades required, then
provided you with a fixed price quote to complete as designed. Alternatively, you may have a group of qualified trades people you prefer
to use, we are happy to work with them to see the project to fruition.

Once you have accepted cost of your investment, we will then put together a works schedule and oversee the construction and installation
of your new kitchen, bathroom or other living space.

The Design and Project Management solution is what most of our clients prefer to choose. However, we understand that you may have a preferred cabinet maker or builder to help you implement the newly designed space.
